Moving.

Wed Sep 5, 2012, 5:01 AM

I'm not going to have much to submit in the next few weeks as I'm in the slow and painful process of moving. Me and my boyfriend are moving to London in about two weeks. Unfortunately the lease was up on our last apartment at the end of August so we're currently between homes. All our stuff is piled up in the spare bedroom of my parents house at the moment (I never knew how much crap I had. So much to sort out!) Not really sure when I'll be set up in London but I'm guessing that it'll take us a while to unpack and get internet and everything else sorted. So long story short I won't be on as much for the next few weeks and I probably won't have anything much to submit until I'm not living out of suitcases anymore :D

Hello! I was wondering if you could tell me how you cut your cross stitch fabric so I doesn't fray. I've been trying to make patches but my fabric unravels the moment I cut it.
If you could let a girl know, then thankies ^^

It's actually sewn onto plastic. I'd like to be able to make patches myself but I'm not too sure how I'd make them durable enough to last. You could try using waste canvas and stitching onto an item of clothing etc. That's about as helpful as I can be at the moment though.
