Something slightly different from me. I saw beef liver the other day and decided to buy it because it's been years since I'd eaten it. I'd some left over and decided to make some pate with it. Turned out pretty well but it's got a much stronger taste than the chicken liver pate I'd normally eat. The bread is something I've made a few times now and really like.
